The clients have recently build a large modern extension and are now looking to create a family space outside that brings colour and planting to a very bare space but which can also incorporate a golf putting green and garden storage. The clients also love to entertain and so a big terrace with space for bbq was key to the design. The house is located near a busy junction and so additional screening on the boundary line was very important. However, the clients also wanted to retain a view of the trees surrounding the property and so a suitable solution needed to be found.
